Sesquicentennial Pavilion Project – 80’s Party Fundraiser
Plan to attend a “Totally Awesome Retro 80's Party” this Saturday, June
12 from

Sesquicentennial, and to memorialize the occasion, the Pierce
To date, over 50
members of the Pierce and Orofino communities have donated towards the project.
In exchange for a minimum $50 donation, the donor’s name is posted on an
engraved plaque, and he/she receives a personalized copy of Pierce Chronicle, a
journal of Captain E.D. Pierce’s gold-seeking adventures. (These adventures
resulted in the founding of Pierce and the state of
The Pierce Chronicle is
out-of-print, and only 150 copies of this historic book are left. Twenty of
these books will be available for sale at Saturday’s 80’s Party, and one lucky
buyer will win a special prize!
So, dig through your
closets for 80‘s fashions, get out your slap bracelets, big hair and aviators
and join us for some RETRO fun - and be a part of constructing a lasting,
