First Annual Sage Days at Bryden Canyon Golf Course June 11-13

Each year Sage Payment Solutions chooses two charitable organizations and sponsors fundraisers for them. This year we are privileged to be one of those organizations. Sage Payment Solutions is also sponsoring the Asotin County Food Bank. We would appreciate everyone supporting this event that Sage Payment Solutions is sponsoring, by coming out and having a great day of golf and socializing. Every golfer that brings in a donation on Friday, June 11 through Sunday, June 13 will receive a dollar off a round of gold or golf cart fees. For each item (listed below) you donate you will receive a dollar discount-up to $10 off.

Sage Payment Solutions is teaming up with Bryden Golf Course to make Sage Days an extraordinary experience for everyone. We really appreciate Sage Payment Solutions and Bryden Canyon Golf Course being so generous. Items to donate are: *A tax deductible donation*, dog food, cat food, or kitty litter.*

Prize drawing will be held Sunday, June 13, 5 p.m. at Eagles Nest in Orofino.

After your round of golf, submit your scorecard with an additional $5.00 donation to be entered into the drawing. You need not be present to win.

As all golfers know, any golf day is a good day. So, come join the fun and do a good deed at the same time. We look forward to seeing you there.

Lost and found

Lost on 5/16/10 from 118th St. area off highway 12, female black cat, smaller in size. Her name is Jiggs. She is 18 years old and has recently been ill and needs medical attention. If you have seen a smaller black cat in this area please call us: the owner is offering a reward and is very concerned about getting Jiggs back.

Lost on 5/9/10 from Legacy Lane, three miles out of Kendrick heading toward Dworshak. Female dog, ten years old, spayed, wearing a dark brown or black collar with pet ID tag. Her name is Cassie. She is a shepherd/Lab X with floppy ears and is gray with black markings. Please call if you have any information.

Went missing on April 30 in the Canoe Camp area of Hwy. 12. Female, spayed, six year old cat, mostly white coat with black/brown/tan patches. Has blue eyes. Not wearing a collar. If you have seen this cat, please call 476-9823.

If you find a stray dog, please contain the dog or cat, if you feel it is safe to do so, and then call. Many times I get a call from someone that has a stray but by the time I get there the person calling says the dog ran off.

Please contain in a yard or tie the dog until I get there. We want to keep these poor dogs safe and either find their owners or get them a wonderful lifetime home.

All stray dogs and cats are vaccinated and wormed upon arrival for their safety and the safety of the other dogs and cats. They are also neutered and spayed after a five (5) day waiting period. All costs are the responsibility of the owner claiming the dog or cat. Strays are held for five days and then are up for adoption.

If you recognize any of the above strays and know who the owner is, please call. We want to get these wonderful dogs and cats back to their homes. Call 476-9823.
