DWORSHAK STATE PARK RE-OPENS-Clearwater County Commissioners John Allen, Don Ebert and Stan Leach (l to r) on Monday removed the closed notice from the Dworshak State Park sign on Michigan Avenue. The State of Idaho has decided to run the park.
