Transportation Department announced.

weeks ago, has been released from Harborview Medical Center in
Seattle to an apartment there and will soon be returning home.

Two arrested for
arson, insurance fraud
Theresa Marie Norton, 30, of Pierce, and Jason L. Stacy, 29, of Kooskia,
were arrested separately April 16 and remain in jail on arson and
insurance fraud charges stemming from an investigation by Clearwater
County Sheriff’s detectives.

Diane Josephy Peavey, a writer who lives on a sheep and cattle ranch
in south central Idaho, will share her stories during the 2009
Weippe Camas Festival Saturday, May 23.

the center April 15, before introducing other LCSC staff who

and works in Alaska, recently rescued a man from choking.

for information about vandalism
A reward of $1000
is being offered for information leading to the arrest and
conviction of persons responsible for damaging a restroom at the
Potlatch Canyon trailhead located three miles south of Helmer.

Archers participate in annual bear shoot
