   Some events coming up soon...The K-6 Spring Concert has been rescheduled for Monday, May 3 at 6:30 p.m. and will be held in the Timberline Schools gymnasium. This event is always a feast for the eyes as well as the ears. Bring your camera, lots of photo ops.

   Circle Saturday, May 1 on your calendar and get your tickets now for the annual Pierce/Weippe Chamber auction and banquet starting at 6 p.m. at the Weippe Community Center.

   Mark your calendar for Wednesday, April 28, 10 a.m. to watch the Timberline High School government class present a mock trial at the historic Pierce Courthouse. This program is the April event celebration of the Sesquicentennial.

   There were seven tables of pinochle players at the Lodge Sunday afternoon. High score was won by Millie Morris, and low score was Bert Curtis.

   The Senior Meal Site menu for Thursday, April 22 is meat loaf, potatoes with gravy, broccoli and cauliflower with fruit for dessert.

   Lucas Kayne Moore and Army Louise Peterson will be married June 26 in Weippe. Lucas is the son of Jerry and Sandy Moore. He is a 2003 graduate of Timberline High School.

   A graveside service for Shirley Teed will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Weippe Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Blain. A covered dish supper will follow at the Rebekah Lodge.
