National Start Walking Day in
Idaho
was Wednesday, April 7. Never mind. We can start walking today. The annual

time happening during work breaks or lunch. Regular exercise is a key factor in
cardiovascular health. You can also come to the IOOF Lodge Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
and do Tai Chi. All are welcome.
