National Start Walking Day in Idaho was Wednesday, April 7. Never mind. We can start walking today. The annual American Heart Association program aims to get people walking for 30 minutes a day, with at least some of that walk time happening during work breaks or lunch. Regular exercise is a key factor in cardiovascular health. You can also come to the IOOF Lodge Thursday at 4:30 p.m. and do Tai Chi. All are welcome.
Thursday, April 8 those clever, capable cooks are serving creamy tacos with lettuce, tomato and cheese and fruit for dessert. On Monday April 11 ham with au gratin potatoes and fruit salad are on the menu.
