A Tribune Glimpse of the Past

This homestead on Freeman Creek was built around 1921 by Harp and Money Fackenthall. The picture was taken in early 1920ís before the road was built up Freeman Creek Grade to Teakean, about half a mile from the upper north fork of the Clearwater River. This old homestead is now under water because of Dworshak Dam. Submitted by Ike Fackenthall.
