Lady Spartans rout Lapwai

   Britney Goodrich and Kasondra McIntosh banged out solo home runs for Timberline of Pierce-Weippe, which opened its season with a 27-15 rout of Lapwai in Whitepine League action March 11.

   McIntosh also notched a double and triple for the Spartans, as did Kayla Hodges.

   The club had 26 hits on the day.
