Congratulations to Orofino’s 2010 Junior Miss winners (l to r) second runner-up Ashley Shrader; Junior Miss Katie Nemeth; and first runner-up Myrissa Wolfe. The program was held Saturday, March 13, at Orofino High School. Winners in other categories were: Katie Nemeth for Fitness; Ashley Shrader for Talent; Myrissa Wolfe in Self Expression; Katie Nemeth in the Interview category; Ashley Shrader in Be Your Best Self; and Myrissa Wolfe in the Spirit of Junior Miss category. Katie Nemeth, the daughter of Paul and Rita Nemeth, received a $750 scholarship. Myrissa Wolfe, daughter of Michael Wolfe and Kelli Rosellini, won a $400 scholarship. Ashley Schrader, daughter of Shannon and Diana Schrader, was awarded a $250 scholarship.

 

Jeff Jones, Master of Ceremonies and long-time committee member to Orofino’s Junior Miss winners, was honored Saturday at the Junior Miss program at Orofino High School. Jeff was warmly honored for over 30 years of service, and is now retiring from that role. His sense of humor, graciousness, and ease in the roll will be missed.
