Local woman self-publishes trilogy

Carla Freeman has written a mystery trilogy, now available on the web. The action packed series takes place in Las Vegas, NV. There are sad times and happy times but never boring times.

She admits she loves a good murder mystery. And when she retired she promised herself to get caught up on her long list of neglected titles. Never once thinking she herself might catch the writing bug.

It all happened about six years ago, when reading a current thriller that an idea struck. An idea that just wouldn’t go away and finally had to be put on paper. It has been a long hard and very interesting road from then until now.

The first of the trilogy introduces you to Sara Bentley, her twin sister, Patsy, and her sidekick Sam Moore. Together through twist and turns and quirky humor they must find who murdered Sara’s parents. They meet old friends and new enemies.
