Kelsey Hanson (left) was named Orofino Junior Miss at Saturday night’s program held at the Orofino High School. She is the daughter of Keith and Holly Hanson and will receive an $825 scholarship. Hanson was also awarded the fitness and self-expression awards. First runner-up is Tandee Perrin (center), daughter of Terry and Susan Perrin. She will receive a $485 scholarship. Perrin also won the talent award for her piano solo. Second runner-up is Jenne Jasper (right), daughter of Tom Jasper and Doris Jasper. She will receive a $285 scholarship. Jasper also won the interview award. Other awards were given to Elizabeth Moore, scholastic and Be Your Best Self awards and Rebecca Wentz, Spirit of Junior Miss award. Moore is the daughter of Richard and Cathy Moore, Orofino, and Jeanne Moore, Eagle. Wentz is the daughter of Lynn and Audrey Wentz. All achievement awards came with a $185 scholarship.
