ALL SMILES-Charlie Pottenger of Lewiston holds a 15 pound steelhead he caught Saturday on the Clearwater River below Dworshak Fish Hatchery. He and John Baldwin of Spokane were enjoying the nice spring weather by casting for steelhead from an anchored boat. The fish was caught on a silver and blue 1/4 oz. “Lil Cleo” spoon.
