Quilt raffle to benefit Eric Statler
This beautiful, extra long, queen-sized quilt was made by Audrey Steiner and is
presently on display at the Eagles Nest, located on Johnson Avenue in Orofino.
For a chance to take this quilt home, buy a raffle ticket, or two or three. The
proceeds from the drawing will go toward medical expenses for Eric Statler,
recently diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing radiation and chemotherapy.
Eric is the son of Cynthia and David Statler and graduated from Orofino High School in 1993. He has worked as the manager for the Best Western Lodge at the River’s Edge for the past couple of years. Statler is married to Alysa, and the couple has two sons, Aiden, 3, and Mason, 7.
Tickets are $1 each or six for $5 and are available at the Eagles Nest. Checks may be made out to Eric Statler in care of Lewis Clark Credit Union on Johnson Ave. in Orofino. The drawing for the quilt will be May 9. You need not be present to win.
