01-27-08

    Orofino Police Department (OPD) received request for public assistance on Riverside Ave. Male subject lying on the road.

01-28-08

    Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) received report of a male German Shepherd found on Canyon Ck. Road. The dog has no collar.

    CCSO received report of burglary on Mason Butte Road. Theft of radio and destruction of property.

    CCSO received report of an accident on Hwy. 12. Vehicle in the ditch.

    CCSO received report of an accident on Hwy. 11. Logging truck slid off road.

    CCSO received report of trespassing on North First St. in Weippe. Two females trespassing on reporting party’s property.

    CCSO received a report of possible DUI on Cascade Dr. Chevy truck crew cab blocking the roadway.

    CCSO received a report of aggravated battery on Cascade Dr. Two males fighting.

    OPD received report of an abandoned vehicle on Hwy. 7. Small silver Toyota Camry halfway into lane OPD followed up on report of possible chilld abuse on Michigan Ave.

    OPD received animal complaint on Bartlett. Small, black dog has been running around the neighborhood the past couple of days.

    OPD received parking complaint on Miles Ave. Green Dodge pickup blocking reporting party’s driveway.

    OPD received request for extra patrol on Hartford Ave. Reporting party’s wife discovered someone siphoned gas from his car which was parked in the carport.

    OPD received a report of hazard on Indio Ave. Power lines down, and lying across the house.

    CCSO received a report of suspicious circumstance at Dworshak National fish Hatchery.

    CCSO received request for a welfare check on Orofino Creek Road. Problems between male and female.

    OPD received report of a one vehicle accident on Michigan Ave. No injuries or lane blockage reported.

    OPD received an animal complaint on Ellis St. German Shepherd type dog running at large.

    OPD received an animal complaint on Floyd Alley. Dead deer lying in the alley, next to reporting party’s house.

    OPD received an animal complaint on Riverside Ave. Half-dead fawn in alley.

01-30-08

    CCSO received request for extra patrol on North Fork Dr. in Ahsahka. Reporting party claims someone is banging on her house between 2 – 4 a.m.

    CCSO received report of hazard on Hwy. 12. Vehicle down in east bound lane of traffic.

    CCSO received report of petit theft on Hospital Drive.

    CCSO received report of suspicious circumstance on 129 th St. Two female subjects going through vehicles in the parking lot. Once confronted, they took off in a dark colored compact car with on tail light out.

    OPD received report of aggravated battery on 106th St. Male subject has been beaten up, is requesting ambulance.

    OPD received report of hit and run on Johnson Ave. Someone hit the  fence and left the scene.

    OPD received report of petit theft on Brown Ave. Purse was stolen from unlocked vehicle,

    OPD received a report of unlawful entry on College Ave. Door appears to have been broken into.

01-31-08

    CCSO received report of prowler on North Fork Drive in Ahsahka. Reporting party believes someone is walking around and knocking on the side of his residence; states neighbor is experiencing same problem.

    CCSO received traffic complaint on Grangemont Road. White GMC crew cab pickup driving recklessly.

    CCSO received request for boater’s assistance at the Fish and Game boat ramp at Carney Pole Yard. Red jet boat stuck on the rocks, two male subjects in water attempting to dislodge boat.

    CCSO received report of traffic hazard on Wells Bench Road. Snow mobile trailer is sideways in the road, blocking both lanes of traffic. No injuries reported.

    CCSO received request for assistance on Cavendish Ct. Husband is having pains in his chest and down both arms. Ambulance assigned.

    CCSO received report of a wanted subject on College Ave. Juvenile arrested.

    CCSO received request for agency assistance on North Fork Drive in Ahsahka. Escalating verbal domestic confrontation. Male subject still on scene. Unknown alcohol / weapons.

    OPD received report of suspicious circumstance on Johnson Ave. someone is in the building requesting an officer to do a walk through.

02-01-08

    CCSO received request for assistance on Hwy. 12. White Chevy blocking roadway.

    CCSO received report of malicious injury on Grangemont Road. Damage to property and a sign.

    CCSO received request for an ambulance on Wells Ave. in Weippe. Diabetic is barely conscious.

    CCSO received request for public assistance. Threats received on Hwy. 12.

    CCSO received a report of disorderly conduct on Orofino Creek Road. Reporting party can hear yelling coming from neighboring residence.

    CCSO received report of an accident on 139th St. Non injury accident involving vehicle backing out of a driveway.

    OPD followed up on a report of petit theft on Indio Ave. Theft of jewelry.

    OPD received a report for assistance on Hartford Ave. Male is stuck in whirlpool and is feeling weak.

    OPD received a fire call on Tamarack. Chimney fire.

    OPD received a report of suspicious circumstances on 107th St. Four kids sneaking around; three kids wearing dark hoodies. One blonde haired girl.

    OPD received a report of disturbing the peace on Michigan Ave. Someone in a car playing loud music.

02-02-08

    CCSO received a report of disorderly conduct on Main St. in Pierce. Subjects causing a problem at reporting party’s house.

    CCSO received a report of trespassing at the Weippe Elementary School. Reporting party called to report someone broke into the school and pushed her son in the school and wouldn’t let him out.

    CCSO received report of malicious injury in Weippe. Someone cut the seatbelts in his car.

    OPD received a report of an unattended death on Walrath. 62 year old female collapsed.

    OPD received an animal complaint on Michigan Ave. Dog at large; brindle colored dog, white face, chest and paws; very skinny.

    OPD received an animal complaint on 118th St. Dog inside chain link fence is barking, and has been for three days.

02-03-08

    CCSO received report of non-injury two vehicle accident in parking lot on Hwy. 12.

    CCSO received request for a welfare check on Orofino Creek Road. Female subject is crying, wishes to have her boyfriend out of the house.

    CCSO received request for a welfare check Hjalmer Johnson Road in Weippe. Elderly female has not made it home.
