Pierce to host Winter Carnival Feb. 9-10
It’s Winter Carnival time in Pierce Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 9 and 10.
The Timberline Lion’s Club will serve breakfast Saturday, Feb. 9 at the clubhouse from 7 to 11 a.m. The Clearwater Ridgerunners Snowmobile Club Fun Run will start from the Lion’s clubhouse with signup starting at 8:30 a.m.
On Saturday a snow sculpture contest will be happening on Main Street with judging at 4 p.m. with prizes being:
1st Place-$50, 2nd place-$25, 3rd and 4th place-$10. Contact Linda at 464-2663 or Leslie at 464-1023 to sign up. There is room to create your artwork.
Timber Inn is providing live music by Guilty Pleasures Saturday night. Pierce invites all to come help the community celebrate the annual Winter Carnival.
