County Road Department will post load limit signs effective 12:01
a.m. on Jan. 21. Load limit signs state: road regulation load limits
maximum gross vehicle weight 30,000 lbs, by Idaho Code 49-1005.

Community Concert date has been changed to Feb. 11
This is an
important announcement to alert all Clearwater Community Concert
members of a change in concert dates. The next concert featuring
Kevin Spirtas has been rescheduled
from Jan. 28 to Thursday, Feb. 11 at Orofino High School at 7:30 pm.

Pierce man returns to the area, buys Perfection Tire
Marvin
Anderson returns to the Clearwater Valley after living in what he
calls “the desert” referring to the Tri-Cities area of Washington.
He recently purchased Perfection Tire and is spiffing it up.

fair theme chosen

Chest of Our County’s Best” is the theme for the 2010 Clearwater
County Fair and Orofino Lumberjack Days.

Cooper
Thomas and Clearwater County Commissioner John Allen were honored at
the 2009 Governor's Brightest Star Awards Ceremony at Boise State
University in November.

resident arrested on drug-related charges
Christina
Eller, 22, of Orofino was arrested Jan. 5 on charges related to
methamphetamine and marijuana paraphernalia, according to Clearwater
County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO).
