Save the Date!

   Marge Kuchynka says spread the word. Weippe All School Reunion is coming up in May.  Dates are May 28 through 30.  This event is for any who attended the Weippe Schools and will start Sunday at 10 a.m. You will be able to gather and visit with friends, tell stories and enjoy a joke or two.

   The elementary school will be open for tours from 10 to 3. At 12 noon there will be a potluck at the Community Hall.  A jam session is planned for 3 o'clock for those bringing an instrument or voice. The Hilltop Heritage Museum will also be open for viewing the Weippe Schools history.

   Thursday, Jan. 14 Senior Center menu will be fish sticks, au gratin potatoes, salad and cake.  On Monday, Jan. 18 the cooks will serve sweet & sour pork, salad, broccoli and jello.

   Pierce has a plethora of events happening this year as the city celebrates its 150th year. Check the Pierce news for details.

    Studio 205 is currently hosting the Timberline High School student art show. The show runs through Saturday, Jan. 16, 11-6 p.m. daily. There are 18 artists displaying their work. Stop in and marvel at the diverse skills of these students.

Pinochle Results

   There were five tables of fantastic pinochle players at the Lodge Sunday. Don Palin got high score. Oreta Stuart got low and the pinochle was won by Don Palin and Millie Morris.
