This position will develop, update and implement short and longer term goals and strategies and be responsible for seeking grants and managing contracts, statement of works and budgets. Knowledge and experience with watershed data analysis and interpretation, project planning and design, implementation, and associated monitoring is required. Requires a high level of coordination with private, local, state, federal and tribal entities. Applicant must be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and report writing. Requires Bachelors degree (Master’s preferred) in field to include watershed sciences, fisheries biology/resources, ecology, wildlife, engineering, hydrology, natural resources, or other closely related field. Five years of professional level experience (three years experience with Masters Degree) and two years supervisory experience are required. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured under the Tribe’s policy.
